Dear Mik Adit,
Since very long it has been greatest wish to contribute pieces on the subject of freedom of music but not for a single time my request was entertained. Presently I want to do a piece on freedom of music in Fata where there is ban on singers in public, some of them have already fled the area for fear being killed or kidnapped by extremists.
I am based in Peshawar hailing basically from Fata contributing pieces on Pashtun art, literature and music to English papers in Pakistan. you can visit my write ups in Newsline, Expresstribune, Dawn- Karachi
Hope you would respond to me this time postively.
